It's not enough to settle with what you already know, when there is so much more to learn. If it's not challenging or exciting it's not ambitious enough.
Experimentation is key to adapting and improving. While I'm most proficient in PHP, and Javascript, I have developed projects using Python, Ruby, and Objective-C.
